Have you been getting error messages saying that your username is incorrect? If so, then it may be a very simple matter to test and find out if your username is wrong or not. To test your username, log on to the window’s web browser, type the IP address of your modem into the ‘My Computer’ box and hit enter. If you see an error message such as ‘Username is invalid’, then you know for sure that you have typed the wrong IP address during the setup. Click Here – https://routerhax.com

If everything above checks out and you still get the error, then you will need to use a third party tool to check and change your username. The reason why you would have gotten the error message was because you typed the wireless router default IP address instead of the IP of your computer. A wireless router default IP address is what is set in the automatic network settings, and if you were to change these settings, you would see the LAN IP changed instead of the IP of your computer. To resolve this issue, you will need to find the wireless router settings, right click on your computer’s icon and select properties.
Once you have done this, you can go ahead and change the username. The new username should be ‘admin’. You also need to change the password in the wireless router setup (you’ll need it for the login process). Logging in to the Windows web browser again, you should now be able to logon to the Internet normally. Changing your username and password should make your connection secure and reliable, and if you have reset them, you should be able to login to the Internet normally.
